Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
Palais Zoya is operated by its owners.
What we collect
- Booking requests: name, email address, telephone number, dates of stay, number of guests, and any message you send us.
- Contact form: name, email address, telephone number if given, subject and message.
- Technical data: standard server logs kept by our host for security purposes.
We do not collect payment card details on this site. Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare and manage your stay, to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to three years. Booking and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Moroccan tax and accounting law.
Who else sees it
Only our own team, and the service providers strictly necessary to run the property: our website host, our payment provider, and — where you have asked us to arrange something — the relevant supplier, such as a driver or a caterer.
Cookies
This site uses only cookies necessary for its operation. If measurement or advertising tools are enabled, they are listed here and you may refuse them without losing access to the site.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to limit how we use it. Write to us using the contact page and we will reply within thirty days. If you live in the European Union you may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority; in Morocco, the competent authority is the CNDP.
