Where exactly is Palais Zoya?
Palais Zoya is on the Route de l'Ourika, fifteen minutes from the centre of Marrakech and Jemaa el-Fna, and twenty minutes from Marrakech-Menara airport. It sits in gardens and olive trees, away from the noise of the old city, with parking at the door.
How many rooms does Palais Zoya have, and how many guests can stay?
The palace has 8 individually styled rooms of 35 m² each, sleeping 16 guests in total. For an event — a wedding, a birthday, a seminar — the property takes considerably more people, since not everyone stays the night.
Are breakfast, WiFi and air conditioning included?
Yes — all three are included in every room, at no extra charge. Breakfast is served where you like: in the garden, by the pool, or on the terrace.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Tell us your flight times and we will hold your luggage before or after, so an early arrival or a late flight never costs you a day.
Can the whole palace be booked privately, and how much does it cost?
Yes. Exclusive use of the whole palace — all 8 rooms, both pools, the gardens and the staff — is possible with no other guests on site, and there is no minimum stay. The price depends on the number of nights, the season and the kind of event, so each request is quoted individually: contact us and we will send you a price.
Does Palais Zoya host weddings?
Yes — Palais Zoya is a wedding venue in Marrakech, taken privately for your group alone. Ceremonies happen in the gardens or on the rooftop, catering is cooked on site, and music is allowed until 5 am, which very few venues inside the old city can offer.
How much does a wedding in Marrakech cost?
For 40 to 80 guests, a Marrakech wedding generally lands between €12,000 and €25,000 excluding flights. Above 80 guests, marquee and rental costs appear that barely exist below. We publish a bracket-by-bracket breakdown, including what quotes usually leave out.
Can I come for the day without staying the night?
Yes — the Day Pass runs from 10 am to 6 pm and includes the pool, a reserved sun lounger, a towel and a meal, from 300 MAD per person. Three formulas are available, from savoury snacks with a drink up to a full signature table with Moroccan tea.
Is there a swimming pool?
There are two: a large outdoor pool in the garden, and an indoor pool for when the sun is at its hardest or the evenings turn cool. Both are open to guests staying at the palace; the indoor pool is not part of the Day Pass.
When is the best time of year to visit Marrakech?
March to May and late September to early November offer the most reliable weather. July and August are genuinely hot — very pleasant by the pool, less so for a midday ceremony — and prices soften. Winter days are warm and the nights cold.
